I founded Lizzie Stacks-Cash after a conversation with a friend made me realize that I had all the financial resources I needed to live a big, beautiful and full life and still put away money to retire comfortably.

This friend said, “it’s not how much money you make, it’s how you spend what you have” that builds wealth. At that moment, a light bulb went off.

Dissatisfied with my savings and constantly carrying credit card debt, I was putting all of my energy into ways to earn more. I still work on earning more, but even more important, I put effort into tracking where my existing dollars are going. In doing so, I was able to pay off credit card debt for good and be well on my way to saving for a comfortable retirement, all without forgoing travel and fun now.
